- Conceptualize concept and schematic designs
- Carry out feasibility studies
- Prepare interior design presentation drawings and specifications
- Prepare interior design tender drawings
- Assist in tendering processes
- Attend clients’/consultants’ meetings and site meetings

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Architecture or Interior Design or Architectural Technology equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape and Photoshop
Personal Qualities
- Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills
- Good team player and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and meticulous
